Meet Cretia Guzman

Cretia Guzman is a Family Nurse Practitioner, certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Cretia began her nursing career 11 years ago after graduating from the Nursing Program at the College of Sequoias, she was a staff nurse and Vascular Access nurse specializing in peripheral inserted central catheters, she also gained experience as a chemotherapy nurse.

Later in her nursing career she became the Clinical Coordinator on Medical-Surgical floors at local hospital. She continued to pursue her educational goals, earning her Masters of Science degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Kaplan University.

Cretia moved to the Tulare County area 18 years ago and made Tulare her permanent residence to raise her children. She has become a dedicated professional and active member in the community with over 11 years of medical experience to better serve this community. Cretia is devoted to meeting the medical needs of her patients and strives to deliver quality care.
